Thomas McKee

Mr. Thomas McKee currently serves as Treasurer for the African Descent Lutheran Association, Los Angeles Chapter.
Mr. McKee worked forty years (40) with the County of Los Angeles. His county career began when he was just nineteen years (19) old and retired from its service at the ripe old age of fifty-nine (59). During that span, he held several positions; bindery worker, deputy marshal, painter apprentice, procurement analyst and lastly twenty-five plus years in purchasing/contracts. He retired as an Assistant Division Manager Contracts Division March 2007.
He and his wife became members of First Lutheran, Carson about three (3) months following their married in March 1982. He is still very active in his congregation. During his tenure at First Lutheran he has held several positions:
Treasurer (two terms)
Property manager
Budget committee chairperson
Budget committee member
Thomas’s hobbies include photography, gardening, woodworking and traveling.
Tom is most proud to be a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
